  1. Capable of doing approximately 10 quotes per day.
  2. Processing POs and providing sales acknowledgements.
  3. Follow up with customers via phone, email, and in person.
  4. Completing customer surveys.
  5. Send out monthly product releases.
  6. Edit and review ads for magazines.
  7. Maintain weekly reports (quotes, orders, and exports licenses)
  8. Set up and attend trade shows.
  9. Work with engineers to provide proper costing, drawings, and customer correspondence.
  10. Answering phone and directing the call to the correct party.
  11. Website updating.


  1. Capable of following directions and strong work ethics.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft office a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  3. High attention to detail and can work with minimal supervision.
  4. Willing to put in the extra hours and go the extra mile.
  5. Personable and extremely well organized.
  6. Able to multitask understanding levels of priority.
  7. Good teamwork skills, but able to work alone as well.
  8. Willingness to take on more responsibilities to expedite career growth.


    1. Bachelors or Associates Degree a plus.

    2. Mathematics and Technical background a plus.

    3. Overall Computer & CAD skills a plus
