PMI Overview:
Quantic PMI defines and manufactures mission-critical electronic components for the aerospace and defense industry, as well as commercial and industrial markets. Principal product lines include RF/microwave components.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include:
- Assemble, solder and surface mount RF/microelectronics boards under a microscope, while ensuring all parts are fitted correctly.
- Reading and confirming the bill of materials, interpreting drawings, and verifying correct specifications.
- Meet weekly assembly production goals set by supervisor.
- Keep a clean workspace to adhere to ESD safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting for extended periods of time.
- Ability to read assembly prints and component lists is required.
- Ability to use hand tools and machinery.
- High attention to detail and can work with minimal supervision.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED minimum.
