Quantic PMI Model PIA-6D6G-SFF-EXREF is a Phase Locked, Dielectric Resonator Oscillator (PLDRO) covering the frequency of 6.6 GHz with an output power of 13 dBm.  This model is phase locked to an external 10 MHz reference. This model has SMA female connectors and measures 2.25" x 2.25" x 0.62".
