Quantic PMI Model BPM-1G2G-1-SFF is a Bi-Phase Modulator designed to operate over the 1 to 2 GHz frequency range that can handle RF input signal levels up to -3 dBm and has an insertion loss of 8.8 dB maximum. The amplitude balance is 0.25 dB typical, and the phase balance is ±2° typical. The typical carrier suppression is 30 dBc and the switching speed is 5 ns. This modulator only requires +5 VDC and 25 mA of current for operation. The package size is 2.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with SMA female connector.
