Quantic PMI Model SLVAC-0102-70M OPTION LA is a Miniature Successive Detection Log Video Amplifier (SDLVA) implemented with wide band Hybrid MIC/MMIC Technology operating over the 0.12 to 0.2 GHz (Frequency Ranges from 0.050 to 0.4 GHz also available) bandwidth and able to detect noise in the 0.10 to 1 GHz range. This device is High Speed with a Rise/Fall of #30 ns with a 70 dB Dynamic Range (other Dynamic Ranges up to 90 dB are also available), a maximum input VSWR of 1.8:1 and has low AM/PM Conversion. The package size is a 10 lead “Flat-Pack” which is 0.805" x 0.805" x 0.125".
