Quantic PMI Model SDLVA-160-80 is a successive detection log video amplifier (SDLVA) that operates between 0.12 to 0.2 GHz frequency range: dynamic range of 80 dB, a log slope of 25 mV / dB; a nominal video bandwidth of 12 MHz and has been designed using innovative GaAs technology which provides stunning performance and reliability in a compact package making it an optimum solution for high speed channelized receiver applications.  Package size is 3.53" x1.50" x 0.46" with SMA female connectors.
