SDLVA-100M-80-SS Preliminary

PMI Model SDLVA-100M-80-SS is a Successive Detection Log Video Amplifier that operates at the center frequency of 100 MHz with an input dynamic range of 80 dB.  A -3 dB Bandwidth of 20 MHz, Transfer Slope of 25 mV/dB and Rise Time of 30 ns. These units are designed using cutting edge GaAs technology which provides stunning performance and reliability in a compact package.
