Quantic PMI Model QSM-LM-0R42R5-22-200W is an 0.4 to 2.5 GHz Limiter with a 0.6" insertion loss and a P1dB of 7 dBm.  This amplifier is supplied in housing measuring 0.70" x 0.69" x 0.31" with SMA (F) connectors that can be used as a connectorized or a surface mount component.
