Quantic PMI Model PS-90-2550 is a 0 to 180°, Miniature, Bi-Phase Modulator / Phase Shifter with TTL Control Logic (ECL Logic is available) that operates from 2.5 to 5 GHz that can handle RF input signal levels up to 20 dBm without damage; an insertion loss of 3 dB maximum and a maximum VSWR of 2.0:1. A TTL control will switch between 0 and 180° phase states in <75 ns. The required supply voltages are ±5 VDC. The package size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5" with SMA female connectors.
