Quantic PMI model PLNA-30-10M20-SFF-DCSMA is an exceptionally low noise amplifier with a working frequency range of 0.01 to 20 GHz that offers a gain of 28 dB minimum at 20 GHz with a gain flatness of ±2 dB maximum up to 18 GHz and a noise figure of 3.5 to 4 dB maximum over the operating frequency range.   Physical size is 1.37" x 1.0" x 0.5" with SMA connectors.
