Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier

Quantic PMI Model PEC-30-10M20-SFF is an exceptionally ultra-low noise amplifier with a working frequency range of 10 MHz to 20 GHz.  This model offers a gain of +27.6 dB typical, a gain flatness of ±2.0 dB @ 18 GHz, a noise figure of 3 dB, an OP1dB of +13 dBm minimum, a Psat of +15 dBm typical, and a VSWR of 2.4:1 maximum. The housing measures 1.08" x 0.71" x 0.32" and has SMA female connectors.  Dual use can be used as a surface mount or connectorized component.
