Quantic PMI Model PEC-26-218-5-24-12-SFF-NSI is a 2 to 18 GHz low noise amplifier with a gain of 26 dB and an OP1dB of 22 dBm with a noise figure of 5.5 dB.  This amplifier is supplied in a housing measuring 0.8" x 1.2" x 0.4" with SMA female connector that can be used as a connectorized or a surface mount component.
