Quantic PMI Model PEC-20-100M20D25G-6R0-15-SFF is a 0.1 to 20.25 GHz Low Noise Amplifier which provides a maximum of 23.5 dB of gain while maintaining a gain flatness of ±0.5 dB minimum over any 0.5 GHz span over full band. The maximum noise figure is 6 dB over 0.1 to 19 GHz and 6.5 dB over 19 to 20.25 GHz with a minimum OP1dB of 14 dBm. This unit requires +15 VDC (±5%) and has a maximum current draw of 275 mA. Supplied with field replaceable SMA (F) connectors in a housing that measures 0.71" x 0.64" x 0.31".
