PMI Model No. PEC-20-100M20D25G-6R0-15-SFF is a 0.1 to 20.25GHz Low Noise Amplifier which provides a maximum of 23.5dB of gain while maintaining a gain flatness of ±0.5dB minimum over any 500MHz span over full band. The maximum noise figure is 6.0dB over 0.1 to 19.0GHz and 6.5dB over 19.0 to 20.25GHz with a minimum OP1dB of +14dBm. This unit requires +15VDC(±5%) and has a maximum current draw of 275mA. It is supplied with field replaceable SMA(F) connectors in a housing that measures 0.71" x 0.64" x 0.31".
