P4T-60M20G-100-T-SFF Active

PMI Model No. P4T-60M20G-100-T-SFF is a Solid-State, Single-Pole Four Throw switch that operates from 60MHz to 20GHz. This switch is designed to offer ultra-high isolation of 100dB minimum while maintaining a low insertion loss of 5.5dB maximum. The specified switching speed is 300nsec maximum, but the switch delivers speeds of less than 50nsec. This switch offers phase tracking of 2 degrees per degree Celsius. The maximum operating input power is +20dBm which a survival input power rating of +30dBm. The DC supply required is +5VDC at 105mA and -12VDC at 50mA typically. The housing measured 1.25" x 1.25" x 0.70" and is supplied with SMA Female connectors.
