Quantic PMI model P2T-DC18G-10-R-5V-SFF-HIP10W is a Single Pole, Two Throw, Reflective Pin Diode Switch with a frequency range of DC to 18.0 GHz with an isolation of 22.87 dB; an insertion loss of 2.01 dB; a VSWR of 1.69:1; and an operating input power of 5 W. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration.  Connectors are SMP and the size is 1.20" x 1.00" x 0.50".
