Quantic PMI Model P2T-100M50G-100-T-OPT40 is an SP2T Absorptive Switch that operates from 0.1 to 40 GHz. This PIN diode-based switch can handle up to 20 dBm of CW input power and has an insertion loss of <6 dB with a switching speed of <50 ns and provides >80 dB of isolation. The switch requires a DC supply of ±5 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current and can be controlled via 1-Bit TTL Logic signals. This switch is available in a package that measures 1.0" x 0.75" x 0.4" with 2.92mm female connectors.
