Quantic PMI Model LNA-0D4G6D0G-35-10D0-15-SFF is a 0.4 to 6 GHz, Low Noise Amplifier which provides minimum gain of 35 dB while maintaining a maximum gain flatness of ±1.5 dB over the operating frequency. The maximum noise figure is 2.4 dB and offers a minimum OP1 dB of 10 dBm. The amplifier requires +15 V and the current draw is 325 mA nominal. It is supplied with removable SMA female connectors in a housing measuring 0.89" x 0.64" x 0.31".
