Quantic PMI Model EQL-DC40-20-292FF is a DC to 40 GHz passive equalizer with a 20 dB Typ loss at 10 MHz with a insertion loss of 3 dB Typ at 40 GHz. The equalizer design allows both forward and reverse measurements to be equivalent.  This model has SMA female connectors and a size of 0.53" x 0.70" x 0.26".  Dual use connectorized or a surface mount component.
