Quantic PMI model DTA-218-3D5-3-NSI-OPT23 is a 6-bit programmable 31.5 dB attenuator with step resolution as low as 0.5 dB over the frequency range of 2 to 3 GHz. This model is offered in the slimline housing measuring only .5" in height with SMA female connectors.
