Non-Reflective Programmable Pin Diode Attenuator

Quantic PMI Model DTA-0R4G18G-60-CD-1 is a 10-bit Non-Reflective Programmable PIN Diode Attenuator that operates from 0.4 to 18 GHz. It provides an attenuation range of 60 dB (in 0.06 dB steps) with an attenuation accuracy of ±1.0 dB and has a switching speed of 1.0 µs/0.5 µs (ON/OFF time). This attenuator can handle an input power of 15 dBm and has an insertion loss of less than 4.8 dB.  Offered in slimline housing measuring only 2.0" x 1.8" x 0.5" with SMA female connectors.
