Quantic PMI Model DRO-22G-15DBM-SF is a Dielectrically Stabilized GaAs FET Oscillator with a center frequency of 22 GHz.  This model provides minimum output power of +15 dBm with all spurs held to -60 dBc.  The unit requires ±15 VDC and measures 2.0" x 3.0" x 0.9"
