Dielectrically Stabilized GaAs FET Oscillator

Quantic PMI Model DRO-10-CD-1 is a dielectrically stabilized GaAs FET oscillator that provides an output frequency of 10 GHz with 16 dBm of output power and harmonics of -20 dBc.  Housing measures 1.98" x 1.35" x 0.69" with an SMA female connector and RFI solder terminal.
